# It says my computer has WiFi, but I can't connect?

Dear Customer,

You have come to this page because of a question about the WiFi on your computer.
Our computers are equipped with WiFi by means of a WiFi Adapter.
You can find these in the bag that comes with the computer (which also contains the booklets).

This is the WiFi Adapter:

You can plug it into your computer and then connect it directly to a WiFi network at home.
